How quickly can you mobilise to our site?
Mobilisation depends on the site location, access, scope and fleet allocation at the time. Because we run our own fleet, we plan mobilisation quickly once the location, quantity and start window are confirmed. Share your programme and we will give you a realistic date.
What project sizes do you take up?
We take basement excavation for builder and developer projects with plots of about 2,000 sqm and above. For bulk earthwork we take large, measurable packages, for example approx. 24 lakh m³ on the Jewar Project, approx. 9 lakh m³ at IKEA Gurugram and approx. 7.5 lakh m³ at IKEA Noida. Other packages are considered when the scope, location and programme fit.
How is the work measured and billed?
As per the BOQ agreed for the package — typically by quantity (for example cum for excavation, running metre for piles, panel area or volume for D-wall), with any other items measured as the BOQ specifies.
How do you handle muck / excavated soil disposal?
Disposal and dump arrangements are planned as per project instructions, permissions and local norms. Please share any mandated dump locations or restrictions with your enquiry.
Can you work night shifts in NCR? Who arranges permits?
Working hours, night shifts and muck transport timings in NCR are governed by local authority rules, project permissions and site conditions. Permissions and NOCs normally remain the owner's or client's responsibility unless the contract states otherwise; we plan shifts and haulage within the permissions held for the project.
Can you take up D-wall, piling and excavation as one package?
Yes. We take up D-wall (diaphragm wall) and bored cast-in-situ piling for deep basements and can integrate them with our excavation as one package — one contractor, one programme and fewer interfaces. Share your drawings, soil investigation report and basement depth for a technical proposal.
